General
Rate Increase Announced
May 10, 2005

DATS Trucking will implement a general rate increase in the
DATS500 base rates effective June 1, 2005 of 5.95%. This increase does not apply to the 20,000
pound and higher weight brackets.
For registered users of our website, a copy of our updated
PC rating application will be made available soon after this increase for download and our
interactive rate quote program will be updated as we implement this change on June 1st. As we
did last year, rates into and out of the Averitt Express service area are also included as part
of the new PC rating application. If you are interested in obtaining a login to our website,
please register here.

New Division
- DATS Distribution Opens

With the growth in our pool distribution,
warehousing, and
consolidation services, DATS Distribution was opened on January 3rd. New dedicated distribution
facilities in Salt Lake City and Phoenix support our current customer base in this market and
represent our commitment to growth. These facilities allow us to provide additional handling and
warehousing services that compliment our extensive transportation portfolio.

Interactive Web Services Expanded

Thanks to the feedback of our customers, we are happy
to announce the following improvements to our website:
– Expanded transit information information using the PRO
Track tool.
– Tracing by Interline PRO using the PRO Track tool.
– Downloadable Account Statements (log-in required).
The PRO Track tool is generally available to all visitors
of our website and If you are currently a DATS customer and would like to
obtain a login to our site, you can request one by filling out the form
at this link.

Service Center Opened in San Bernardino,
CA.

Operations began in
our new San Bernardino California facility on October 11th. This new facility
was purchased and renovated to accommodate our growth in the Inland Empire.
We've grown from a 20 door facility to 40 doors on 6+ acres. This facility
will support our growth in the Inland Empire area and our long term commitment
to businesses and the surrounding communities.

Rate Increase Announced

impact of this rate increase is 5.5%. Additional restructuring in selected
lanes will also be part of this increase.

New
Service Center Acquired in Boise, ID
June 1, 2004

We've expanded! Through
the purchase and renovation of a larger facility, we've grown from 10 doors in a
shared facility to 24 doors on 4.75 acres. This facility was acquired in May of
this year and renovations were completed in time to begin operation today. This
facility will support our growth in the Boise area and our long term commitment
to businesses of Boise and the surrounding communities.

New
Service Center Acquired in Tucson, AZ

Although this announcement was
delayed, we want to let you know that we've expanded our Tucson operations through
the purchase and renovation of a larger facility. This expansion brought us from
8 doors in a shared facility to 21 doors on 4 acres. This facility was acquired
in May of this year and renovations were completed in time to begin operation in
the new facility on June 25th. This facility will support our growth in the Tucson
area and our long term commitment to businesses of Tucson and the surrounding communities.

New Bill of Lading and Interactive
Service Introduced
February 20, 2003

Your feedback and suggestions produced the two newest features
now available from our website. The first feature is a 'fill-able' Bill of Lading
available under the Forms link. You can fill this Bill of Lading out right on the
screen. Move through the fields using your mouse or the TAB key and once you're
done, just print two copies and you're ready for our driver.
The second application is available to users with a login to our
Interactive website. They can test out our Quote to Bill application that allows
users to turn a rate quote into a filled Bill of Lading. This application is in
it's final development stages and we're looking for your help in wrapping up the
details.

New Interactive
Transit Time Calculator Available

The newest feature of our website was launched today. This new
feature allows all customers to calculate transit times based on origin and destination
ZIP Codes. A ZIP Code search tool is also available within this new tool. this tool
is available to from the Interactive portion of our website
This feature adds to the list of available interactive tools available
from our website. Users with a login to our site have these interactive tools available
to them:
- Shipment Tracking
- Tracking using date ranges
- Tracking using P.O. & Shipper Numbers
- Downloadable Service Reports (in .csv format)

Rate Increase Announced

The DCP Carrier Group will implement a general
rate increase in the DCP500 base rates effective July 14, 2003. The overall impact
of this rate increase within the DATS Trucking service area is 5.98%. Additional
restructuring in selected lanes will also be part of this increase.
For registered users of our website, a copy
of our updated PC rating application will be made available soon after this increase
for download and interactive rate quote program will be updated as we implement

This increase is necessary to offset growth
in the costs of insurance, equipment, wages and benefits. This will make it possible
for the DCP Carrier Group to continue to provide the Quality Service that our customers
have come to expect and rely on in the LTL Regional market that we serve.

New Base Rates Available

As previously announced, beginning September 17, 2001 DATS
Trucking, Inc. becomes a member of the Pacific Inland Tariff Bureau
and party to the DCP-500 rate tariff. This change in base rates allows us to better align
the DATS/Condor/Priority Carrier Group by providing a single set of base rates, both intrastate
and interstate, across our entire service area. This move also allows us to provide our
customers with an Windows® based rating program that includes
bill of lading generation, rate sheet processing, and more.
This program is now available for download when you
login
to our site.
To obtain a User ID and Password, you
must first be a current DATS/Condor/Priority customer and
email us:
your name, company name, address, and phone number. We will process your request as
quick as possible.

Pasco Washington
Service Center Opens

The newest facility in the
DATS/Condor/Priority Carrier Group was opened today in Pasco, Washington.
This addition to our
coverage area improves service to overnight from Boise, ID to the following cities in Washington:
Benton City, College Place, Kennewick, Kiona, Lowden, Pasco, Prosser, Richland, Touchet,
West Richland, Walla Walla, and Wallula. We're proud to continue improved service in this
area and look forward to better serve needs in Central Washington. If you have any questions

Service to Western Colorado Expands

With the addition of the Grand Junction Service Center, service
to and from Western Colorado has expanded. Colorado cities served by this new expansion
include: Bayfield, Ignacio, Durango, Cortez,
Dolores, Dove Creek, Hesperus, Mancos, Marvel, Towac, Black Hawk, Orchard, Montrose, Austin,
Cedaredge, Cory, Crawford, Delta, Eckert, Hotchkiss, Olathe, Paonia, Somerset, Grand Junction,
Clifton, Fruita, Glade Park, Loma, Mack, Palisade, Whitemark, Collbran, De Beque, Parachute,
Mesa, Molina, Rifle, and Silt.
Transit times to and from the Grand Junction facility are
excellent. Overnight schedules run between Grand Junction and both Salt Lake City, UT and

Pro Track Service Now On-Line

We've added the ability for you to quickly get the 'skinny'
on shipments moving through our system. Simply enter the PRO number you would like information
on and click the 'go' button for the details. There is no login required so try it out today.
If you need more powerful ways to search, please click the
login button at the top of this page and then follow the on-screen instructions. With a
login you will be able to track by PO, Bill of Lading, or by date range.
More services are in the works and we would love to hear
any suggestions for improvements or new services.

General Rate Increase Announced

The Rocky Mountain Tariff Bureau announced a general rate
increase of 5.2% on all base rates and 2% on base minimum charges. The increase will be
effective September 1, 2000. DATS Trucking will participate in this increase with a 5.2%
increase on all base rates and absolute minimum charges in all lanes. If you have any

New Overnight Services Announced
September 24, 1999

The addition of the Farmington, NM Terminal is opening with
a bang! In our research of Farmington, we found that local businesses were looking for improved
transit times in and out of the Farmington area. DATS responded today with the formal announcement
of an overnight schedule between Salt Lake City, UT and Albuquerque, NM. This new express
schedule will provide overnight service from *Northern Utah to the Farmington and Albuquerque
areas. It will also provide overnight service outbound from the Farmington area to Salt
Lake City. This new service begins on Monday, Sept. 27th.

New Facility Opened in Denver,
Colorado

Long-awaited direct service to Colorado began today with the
opening of our Commerce City facility. This new facility will not only serve the metro Denver

New Service Center/Expanded Service Area in Eastern Wa.

Our newest Service Center in Yakima,
WA is now open for service and will be servicing the Yakima Valley and into the Wenatchee
Valley areas. In addition we have also begun new direct service to Moses Lake and
Othello, WA from our Pasco, WA Service Center as well as new direct service to Lewiston,
ID, Moscow, ID, Pullman, WA and Clarkston, WA from our Spokane, WA Service Center.
