 Emergency Fuel Surcharge Information

When diesel prices rise above $1.15 per gallon, DATS Trucking, Inc. will adjust rates and charges for line haul transportation, and other services which consume fuel, by the appropriate percentage(s) shown below to reflect changes in fuel cost:

Note 1-The Fuel Surcharge is subject to a $1.00 minimum charge.

Note 2-The West Coast Diesel prices (PADD 5) are listed at The Department of Energy Information Site or by calling the Energy Information Administration's Fuel Hotline (202) 586-6966. The applicable surcharge based on the above scale becomes effective each Monday, the same day the DOE updates the fuel prices.

Note 3-The above percentage is applied to the total freight charges after all increases or discounts.
